I offer a safe, non-judgmental space to explore emotions, behaviors, and relationships. My approach is flexible and collaborative, and I tailor therapy in response to your unique strengths, needs, and preferences for treatment. I believe therapy should be holistic and integrative. I work from a relational and insight-oriented framework and employ a variety of theories and tools, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to help people in their healing. I can help you explore yourself and your identities, challenge unhelpful patterns, encourage agency, and find your own paths toward your goals.
I have over ten years experience as a clinician and supervisor in a variety of community mental health, intensive treatment, and private practice settings in Chicago and the Bay Area. I received my Masters of Social Work (MSW) from Loyola University Chicago and have extensive training in the treatment of trauma.
